Suites One - Zadar

What a fabulous place! We were welcomed with a local bottle of wine and the friendliest of greetings. The apartment was exactly like the photos and even better. It had all the necessary facilities and was impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, providing a great night's rest. The location was excellent, with two tasty restaurants right below. Contrary to our expectations, it wasn't noisy at all, great to quickly grab breakfast downstairs and start our day. The host, Sara, was friendly and generous, offering excellent local recommendations and going out of her way to secure dinner reservations for us at a sought-after restaurant. She made our stay nice. We were lucky enough to be there during the World Cup and extend our stay to experience the games in Croatia. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, not only for the fantastic place but also to visit Sara again.

Location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Sea Organ. Moreover, we were close to the heart of the city. The host met us and explained everything. Loved a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an electric kettle available. There was a bathtub in the separate bathroom...

What a wonderful stay! We were delighted with the central location, just minutes away from all the attractions and the beautiful sea. The host was hospitable, helping us find free parking and even gifting us a bottle of wine. The cleanliness of the suite was so good, with a comfortable bedroom and two restrooms. We felt so welcomed and taken care of during our 11-day stay.

Although the apartment was complete and comfortable, it was a bit smaller than we expected for the price. We also had some issues with the stove and oven not working properly, but the host promptly replaced the stove.

We had a fantastic stay in a tastefully decorated apartment right in the heart of the old town. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the sights on foot. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable sofa to relax on. the bathroom had powerful showers, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

There were a few rude encounters with some of the restaurant staff in the same building, which made us feel uncomfortable at times.

The apartment's location and amenities were great. I enjoyed drinks and the atmosphere at Eden Gastro & Bar, which is only a 5-minute walk from the flat.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and stylish with all necessary facilities. It had 2 separate bathrooms, a large and comfy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was in the center of the old city, but still quiet. The host was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to obtain the keys late at night and providing excellent recommendations for exploring the city.

I always come back because I know I won't regret it. The staff helped me with late checkin my first time here. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, parking, AC, TV, and more. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

The deluxe apartment was a bit pricey, but it was totally worth it! The cozy and modern furniture gave it a super stylish vibe. The wifi was excellent, so we could easily stay connected. The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to all the amazing sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and even personally handed us the keys, providing us with valuable tips and info. We'll definitely be back, although we won't be having breakfast at Tinel restaurant.

The value for money at Suites One was excellent, with a clean and well-equipped room. The location in the heart of the city was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the friendly staff were great too make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety and choices available.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist großartig - in der Nähe von allem, in der Nähe des Strandes und des Supermarktes. Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen und bietet eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war bemerkenswert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze waren leicht zu finden und die Einrichtungen des Hotels waren gut.

I stayed at Suites One for a short break and it was perfect. The apartment is exactly as described, with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The directions and access to the apartment were really straightforward and easy to navigate. It's right in the center of old town, so you can reach everywhere within a few minutes' walk. The host, Sara, was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. She provided excellent recommendations on restaurants and even made dinner reservations for me. I was also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome gift of local wine.

Free parking was a huge bonus in Zadar. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

That there weren't any cool hangout areas for young people like us in the hotel. It would have been lit if they had a rooftop terrace or a common room where we could chill and meet other party-goers.

The apartment was on point - fully equipped kitchen, clean af, and a dope balcony to have our morning coffee. The location was straight fire, right in the heart of old town. And the best part? The sick nightlife scene in Zadar was just a few minutes walk away. We had the time of our lives, and will definitely be back for more!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party vibe right at the hotel. It would've been lit if they had a rooftop bar or a chill hangout spot where we could pregame before hitting up the clubs.
